Exchange Policy
BACHE created its Policy of Exchange and Return respecting the customer needs, always based on the Consumer Defense Code.
If you, the consumer, want to carry out a exchange then follow the steps:
1 – First you send an email to contato@barche.com.br, and explain your problem to me. In this same contact, send us your order number, your CPF and the items you want exchange.
ATTENTION THE REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN MUST BE MADE UNTIL THE MAXIMUM 7 (SEVEN) DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. p>
2 – Your order will be reviewed and a postage code will be sent.
3 – With the code you can go to a post office and, at no cost, send the product back to BAARCH.
VERY IMPORTANT, THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE WASHED, BE USED, WITH ODOUR, AND MUCH LESS CHANGED (ADJUSTMENTS, FOR EXAMPLE). IN BRIEF IT MUST BE INTACT, INCLUDING WITH LABEL AND INVOICE.
4 – BARQUE will receive your product and within 10 (ten) days, will analyze and respond by e-mail. If your call is granted, you can choose to return the money or send another similar piece.
FOR PAYMENTS MADE WITH CREDIT CARD, THE REVERSAL MAY OCCUR WITHIN UP TO 2 (TWO) INVOICES SUBSEQUENT TO THE REFUND AUTHORIZATION DATE, AS THIS DEPENDS ON THE INVOICE CLOSING DATE AND THE FINANCIAL POLICY OF THE CARD ADMINISTRATOR.
